White Archive Boxes With A Lid That Stays Put
Marbig 80022WH is the white Standard Archive Box with Attached Lid, printed in black and sold here as a carton of 10.
White boxes read cleanly on a shelf and keep handwritten dates and contents easy to see from the aisle, which is why many records rooms standardise on them. The lid is hinged to the back, so it lifts to add or check files and folds straight back down, and there is no loose lid to misplace between the shelf and the desk.
ACCO rate the box to a 25kg maximum load and stacking up to 5 high, and the side panel is printed Medium Strength. Outside dimensions are 420 x 315 x 260mm according to ACCO, taking foolscap folders, lever arch files or ring binders. Each end has a hand hole and the Ref. No., and the base carries a printed folding diagram.
