Marbig 975170B is a heavy duty cutter knife with an 18mm blade and a wheel lock, in a fluoro orange and black body.
Opening cartons, cutting strapping, trimming cardboard and scoring packing material all go faster with a wide blade that stays where you set it. On this knife the blade is held by a wheel that ACCO describe as a heavy duty wheel lock. In their photo the wheel sits on the side of the body, and the wide blade is scored into segments.
