Red Four Ring Binders For Audit And Compliance Records
Marbig 5424003B is a red A4 Clearview insert binder with four D rings at 50mm, sold on this page as a pack of twelve.
Compliance registers, audit evidence and safety files are often kept in red so an inspector can be pointed straight to them. They also tend to be thick and handled by several people, which is where a four ring mechanism earns its place: each page is held at four points, so it is less likely to work loose. ACCO rate each binder at up to 400 sheets, and the spine label repeats that figure beside a 4 ring symbol.
According to ACCO, gluing the polypropylene to the board eliminates crinkling. Titles can be printed and slipped beneath the clear non glare overlay covering both covers and the spine, and a pocket sits inside the cover. The label in ACCO photography reads Made in China.
More in four ring insert binders and insert binders, with sheet protectors for loose certificates and the wider Marbig range.
