A Spring Clip Box File For A4 Stacks
Marbig 80079 is a kraft board A4 box file from the Enviro range, with an 80mm spine and a metal spring clip fitted inside to hold up to 400 sheets.
A box file suits papers that pile up faster than anyone can punch them. Lift the wire clip, drop the new pages on top of the stack and let it spring back down. ACCO's photo shows the clip pressing on the pile from above, so pages go in without holes. It is a clip rather than a lever arch, which suits bundles of correspondence, invoices and printouts kept in date order.
The 80mm spine lets the file lie flat in a drawer or stand upright on a shelf. The front carries printed date and contents lines and the spine has a label panel and a finger hole, so the file can be marked up and pulled from a row. Enviro is the name Marbig give this range.
The same style comes in foolscap within our box files. Retire full files to archive boxes, keep punched records in lever arch files, or see more Marbig filing.
