A Plain Rectangle In PET For Carpeted Desks
Marbig 87450 is the small Enviro chairmat, a clear rectangular mat made from A-PET plastic and suited, in the ACCO rating, to low pile carpet of 6mm or less.
Most chairmats are PVC. The Enviro range is made from PET instead, which ACCO specify as A-PET, a clear plastic. ACCO give this code a thickness of 2.2mm and a size of 90 x 120cm.
There is no keyhole. A straight rectangle suits a desk with a modesty panel or a wall behind it, where a tongue would have nowhere to go, and it can be turned either way round. Under a small desk or in a carpeted study it covers the area the chair rolls over.
Enviro is the Marbig name for this range, and we use it only as a name. The mat is intended for low pile carpet, not for hard floors, and ACCO list a 2 year warranty for it.
