Marbig 80035A is a grey board literature sorter with 20 open compartments, set out in four columns and five rows, for sorting mail, brochures, forms and loose A4 papers.
When a team shares one mail drop, everything lands in a single pile and someone has to deal it out. A sorter gives each person, class or job its own hole, so incoming paper is split as it arrives and collected when it suits. ACCO suggest it as staff pigeon holes as well as a literature sorter, and the carton calls it ideal for A4 files, papers and mail.
ACCO list each compartment at 225 x 305 x 75mm, which leaves room for a flat A4 sheet with a small margin at the sides. The carton describes a gloss finish, and the edges are trimmed in black. As a freestanding unit it can go on a bench, credenza or cupboard top, so pick a spot everyone who uses it can reach.
