Green For The Records You Close Out
Marbig 6502604 is a green foolscap lever arch file with a linen finish, and this listing is a pack of 10.
Where red flags the urgent files, green often marks the settled ones: paid accounts, completed jobs, finalised estates. Giving those a colour of their own makes the finished work easy to separate from the live work on a long foolscap shelf.
ACCO put the file at 345 x 285 x 75mm, holding up to 375 sheets, and the label printed on its spine says the same (FC, 375 sheets, 75mm). Pages sit on two arches that close with a lever and lock. ACCO also list a Rado fitting plus a metal thumb hole and metal feet.
Loose sheets can wait in foolscap manila folders until a two hole punch gets them into the file. Long term storage is in archive boxes, and other files are under lever arch binders.
