For Paperwork That Runs Longer Than A4
Marbig 6502602 is a black foolscap lever arch file with a linen finish, sold here as a single file.
Foolscap is still the size used for many legal, government and older archive records, and those pages overhang an A4 file. This one is sized for them. ACCO give its dimensions as 345 x 285 x 75mm, and the spine label printed on the file reads FC with 375 sheets and 75mm.
Inside is a lever arch mechanism with two arches and a locking catch, which ACCO say keeps pages secure. They also list a Rado fitting for easy closure, metal feet and a metal thumb hole. Black suits a matched run of records where the spine label does the identifying.
Keep loose papers in foolscap manila folders until they are punched in with a two hole punch. Closed matters can move to archive boxes, and more sizes are in lever arch binders.
