Create a calming world of light where sensory exploration, quiet focus and relaxation can naturally unfold
Soft underfoot and illuminated with fibre optic lights, this rechargeable sensory carpet creates an inviting space for visual discovery.
Turn an everyday floor space into a captivating sensory experience with the MTA Essentials LED Sensory Carpet. Measuring 95 x 95cm, this soft black carpet features embedded fibre optic LED strands that produce points of coloured light across the surface. The illuminated display encourages children to pause, observe and explore, making the carpet an engaging addition to sensory rooms, calm spaces and early learning environments. Its combination of soft texture and visual stimulation supports quiet engagement while providing a defined floor area for individual sensory activities.
Rechargeable operation makes the LED sensory carpet convenient for flexible learning spaces without requiring permanent placement near a power outlet during use. A USB charging cable is included, while the integrated rechargeable polymer lithium Li ion battery is non replaceable. The carpet can support visual exploration, mindfulness activities, quiet transitions and supervised sensory sessions. Its generous square format also provides space for seated or floor based activities.
Easy to incorporate into classrooms, therapy spaces and sensory environments, this fibre optic sensory carpet combines tactile comfort with an immersive illuminated effect. Vacuum as required or wipe gently with a soft damp cloth. Do not immerse in water or machine wash. Adult supervision is required at all times. The carpet contains flashing light sequences that may affect people susceptible to photosensitive epilepsy or photosensitivities.
