Talk about feelings by matching monsters and children with the same emotion
Learning Can Be Fun Emotions Dominoes, supplier code EVLED, introduces children to 20 different emotions through a dominoes game played by matching characters that share a feeling.
Learning Can Be Fun describes Emotions Dominoes as a great way to introduce children to basic emotions in a fun, thoughtful and easy to understand way. The set covers 20 different emotions, from happy to anxious and sad to excited. Players match monster or child characters which share the same emotion, which gives each turn a feeling to name.
The supplier calls the game a tool for engaging children in the development of social skills. Each match is a natural moment to ask how a character feels and when the child has felt the same, so the game opens meaningful conversations about emotions as it is played.
Emotions Snap, Emotions Bingo and the emotions cards are also in the Learning Can Be Fun range. For more social and emotional learning, browse educational games, classroom cards and our teacher resources collection.
