Farm animals to count, colour match and sort
The Learning Can Be Fun Counters Farm Animal Jar of 108, supplier code LFAC108, contains 108 farm animal counters in 6 animal designs and 6 colours, in a sturdy PET jar.
Learning Can Be Fun suggests children name and count the animals, match the colours or sort them. The supplier lists 6 different farm animals in 6 colours, with all 108 pieces stored in a sturdy PET jar. A smaller farm animal jar of 72 is also listed separately in the same range.
Sorting by animal and then by colour gives children two clear ways to group the same pieces. Naming each animal brings language into a counting task, and colour matching gives another simple rule to work with. The sturdy PET jar keeps the pieces together after the lesson.
Learning Can Be Fun makes counters in several themes and sizes. Browse more counters in the Learning Can Be Fun range, including the farm animal jar of 72 and fruit sets. For more number resources, browse maths equipment, early learning and classroom supplies.
