Name each colour and picture with a bright wall poster
The Learning Can Be Fun Colours Are Fun Poster, supplier code LCAFP, is a classroom wall poster that pairs colours with images for children to name.
Learning Can Be Fun lists this poster in its classroom posters range. The supplier says it supports colour and image recognition and encourages vocabulary development as children name each colour and image. Other Learning Can Be Fun posters, such as Numbers Are Fun and Alphabet Is Fun, are listed separately.
Because each colour is shown with a picture, children have two cues to work from when they name what they see. On a wall at eye level it gives a group a shared reference to point at during discussion, and the same names can be practised again at any time of the day.
Learning Can Be Fun lists a matching Colours Are Fun Placemat separately. Find more wall charts in classroom charts and posters, the Learning Can Be Fun range, teacher resources and educational supplies.
