The VeriMark NFC Plus USB-A Security Key requires a physical tap before any login attempt can succeed.
Passwords and one-time codes can both be captured and replayed by an attacker. A hardware key cannot. Because the credential lives on the device in your hand and authentication requires a physical tap over USB-A or NFC, a stolen password on its own gets an attacker nowhere.
The key is FIDO2 Level 2 certified and built on FIDO CTAP 2.1, which brings resident credentials and full Passkey support. It works across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and ChromeOS, so a single key can cover a user's desktop, laptop and phone rather than needing one token per platform.
The housing is slim enough to live on a keyring and carries an IP68 rating, so it survives daily carry, dust and immersion without special handling.
