A Cable Lock That Sits Neatly Behind The iMac
The Kensington SafeDome for iMac (64962) is a keyed ClickSafe cable lock with a chrome dome that fits at the round opening in the iMac stand.
An iMac on a shared desk or front counter is an easy thing to carry off. The SafeDome anchors it without an obvious add-on. In ACCO photography the polished dome sits at the stand opening, the lock head clicks into it, and the white accessory cables pass underneath, so the keyboard, mouse and power leads are gathered in one place. ACCO describe this as helping to clean up the desktop.
The ClickSafe lock secures the iMac in one click, according to ACCO, and the cable is 1.8m long for looping around a desk leg or other fixed point. ACCO list it among their keyed locks, and two keys are shown in the product photos. ACCO describe installation as simple and quick.
ACCO list a limited lifetime warranty.
More options for desktops and laptops sit in locks and security and computer security accessories, and the full Kensington line is listed too.
