Press out, fold and race two mini cars with no glue
The Educational Colours Imagine, Make and Play Racing Cars set, supplier code EVIMPRC, is a craft set for making two mini cars to race. Educational Colours notes that no glue is required.
Children press out, fold and customise the cars by following the simple instructions. Educational Colours lists 8 wheels, 4 wheel axles, 4 press-out car templates, 2 sticker sheets and 1 instruction leaflet in the set, which makes 2 cars. The sticker sheets let each child give their car its own look before the race begins.
Because no glue is required, the build comes down to pressing out, folding and adding stickers. Two cars means two children can each make one and then race them side by side. The press-out templates give children the car shapes to work from straight away.
Set up a race track on the floor after a classroom craft lesson or a rainy afternoon at home. More kits sit in the Educational Colours range, with extra educational craft supplies, art and craft supplies and classroom supplies close by.
