A3 Plus Cutting With The Clamp Coming Down For You
The Ideal 1046 is an automatic clamp guillotine trimmer with a 460mm cutting length, rated by Ideal at 30 sheets of 70gsm, so it takes an oversize A3 sheet and holds it flat while the blade comes down.
Anyone who has cut a stack by hand knows the problem: the sheets creep as the blade travels and the bottom of the pile ends up short. The automatic clamp comes down with the handle and grips the stack before the blade reaches it, so the cut edge stays square from the top sheet through to the bottom one.
The cutting line indicator shows where the blade will land before it lands, and printed format guides on the 356 x 510mm table cover paper sizes, angles and photo sizes. The EASY-LIFT mechanism raises the clamp after the cut, so finished work comes straight off the table without a second hand.
Compare it against the rest of the A3 paper cutters, the full paper cutting guillotines range and the wider office equipment hub, or see everything else we carry from Ideal across the guillotine and trimmer range.
