GBC BCP300BK25 is a pack of 25 black polypropylene back covers in A4, 300 micron thick, for finishing comb and wire bound documents.
The back of a bound report takes the knocks. It sits on desks, slides across meeting tables and gets carried in bags. Board backs can scuff and soften at the corners, while polypropylene is a plastic sheet that ACCO describe as tear resistant, so the base of the document keeps its shape after plenty of handling.
The pack prints the word back on the front panel, which is how GBC intend it to be used: as the rear sheet, with a clear or frosted cover over the title page. ACCO give the thickness as 300 micron and describe the surface as a contemporary textured finish in black. The same pack photo reads Made in China beside the barcode.
