A standing mat that reminds you to keep moving
The Floortex AFS-TEX 2000 is a 40 x 60cm anti fatigue mat in grey, for standing at a desk or a workstation.
Standing still on a hard floor is its own kind of tiring, which is the problem this mat is built for. Floortex describe the 2000 as offering padded comfort with extra support, and they print visual cues on the mat surface which act as a reminder to move regularly. At 40 x 60cm it is the compact size in the range, made to sit at one standing position rather than cover a work zone.
Floortex describe the range as ergonomically designed to encourage micro-movements for superior fatigue relief, and they state all AFS-TEX products have inbuilt anti-microbial technology which will not wash off or wear away. Both of those are Floortex claims about their own product, quoted here as they word them rather than restated as ours.
Compare it against the rest of the anti fatigue mats, have a look at the chair mats for the seated half of the day, or fit the whole workstation out in one order from office furniture.
