Blackout Privacy For 14 Inch Widescreen Laptops
Fellowes PrivaScreen 4812001 is a blackout privacy filter cut for 14 inch 16:9 widescreen laptops and monitors, so the screen reads clearly from the front and goes dark to anyone looking from the side.
Fellowes state the image darkens when viewed from a 30 degree side angle, which keeps figures, emails and client details away from the person in the next train seat, the next café table or the open-plan desk beside you. Straight on, Fellowes describe the view as crystal clear.
It measures 310 mm wide by 173 mm high and is listed for 14 inch touchscreen laptops and monitors. Fellowes' Quick Reveal tabs hold it on and let you lift it off quickly when you want to share the screen; double-sided strips are supplied for a longer-term fit. Fellowes also say it guards the screen against fingerprints and scratches, reduces glare, and cuts screen-emitted blue light by up to 47%. The warranty is 1 year, limited.
Measure your screen's viewable area before ordering; the instructions are downloadable on this page. See laptop privacy screens, monitor privacy filters, laptop stands and Fellowes.
