An Easy Home Laminator for Occasional Projects
The Fellowes Lunar+ A4 (5744601) is a simple home laminator with an 80 and 125 micron switch, aimed at families, hobbyists and the home office rather than a busy workplace.
There is very little to learn. Choose 80 or 125 on the power switch, wait for the green ready light (about 4 minutes), then feed the pouch sealed edge first. A release lever on top frees a pouch that has gone in at an angle. It takes A4 through a 240 mm slot at about 30 cm a minute, and needs no carrier sheet.
Be realistic about volume. Fellowes rate Lunar+ for light use and give a maximum recommended usage of 30 laminations per week, which suits kids' artwork, photos, recipe cards, chore charts and the odd document for the home office.
