Neutral Sand XL Pad That Travels in a Laptop Bag
The Sand Breyta XL from Fellowes is a warm beige fabric mouse pad, 280 x 210 mm and about 2.5 mm thin, that works as well on a light desk at home as it does packed flat in a laptop sleeve.
Sand is the neutral in the Breyta colours, close to natural timber and linen tones, so it blends into a light home office rather than standing out. Because the pad is thin and flexible, Fellowes show it slipped into a laptop sleeve, which makes it a practical carry for hot desking or working between home and the office.
There is still plenty of room for the mouse: Fellowes rate the XL at over 25% larger than their standard pads. The fabric top has a spill resistant coating, the edge is flat stitched against fraying and the non-slip base grips the desk. Optical and laser mice are listed as suitable, Fellowes add Microban and a 5-year limited warranty.
