A Lockable Case That Opens Into a Laptop Riser
The Fellowes Breyta Laptop Carry Case is for people who move between home, office and hot desk: a hard black case that carries a laptop, locks with a key, then props open into a riser that lifts the screen when you sit down to work.
Fellowes call it a 2-in-1 storage case and laptop riser. Opened up, the lid becomes a platform with 5 height settings, from 17.6 to 24.3cm, and angles from 20 to 36 degrees, for laptops up to 14 inches and 4kg. Closed, it carries by a built-in handle or an optional shoulder strap, and an internal strap holds the laptop in place. The lock comes with two keys, useful under clear desk policies where nothing can be left out overnight.
Fellowes Australia include a free laptop sleeve with this version and list a 5-year limited warranty. Raising a laptop screen usually means adding a separate keyboard and mouse, and the Breyta keyboard and mouse range, wrist rests and mouse mats are made to match.
