Breyta Vertical Mouse: The Right-Handed Starting Point
The Fellowes Breyta Vertical Mouse in Medium Right is the simpler of the two Breyta models: a 60 degree upright mouse with three buttons that pairs over Bluetooth or plugs in with a cable.
Fellowes angle it so your hand sits in what they call a more natural handshake position, rather than flat on the desk. The Medium size is for hand measurements from 16.5 to 18 cm, and this one is shaped for the right hand only. A precision optical sensor and scroll wheel give three tracking settings: 800, 1200 and 1600 dpi.
Fellowes quote around 2 hours for a full charge of the built-in rechargeable battery, then up to 4 months of average use before the next one. FIRA International tested it against the ergonomic requirements of EN ISO 9241-5. Compared with the Breyta Plus+, it skips the USB dongle, thumb buttons and Microban, which keeps it straightforward for laptop users who already rely on Bluetooth.
For the rest of the desk, browse wrist rests, mouse pads and the wider ergonomic mice range.
