The Biggest, Heaviest Platform in the Fellowes Footrest Range
The Fellowes Professional Series Heavy Duty Foot Support 8064101 is the one to choose when a plastic footrest keeps sliding or flexing: a steel frame and steel platform, 56 x 35cm across, weighing 5.05kg so it stays where it is put.
Fellowes give three heights, 10.5, 12 and 13.5cm, set by moving the knobs in the slotted steel side plates. Nothing holds the platform at one angle: it rocks under your feet through an incline of up to about 25 degrees. The top is a fine grit anti slip surface rather than ribs or bumps, giving shoes a rough surface to grip.
The wide platform leaves room for larger feet or a change of position without stepping off the edge, which suits long shifts in call centres, control rooms and shared desks. Fellowes Australia cover it with a 5-year limited warranty; set-up drawings are in the download below.
