Daily Heavy Duty Laminating With Six Rollers
The Fellowes Jupiter A3 is an office laminator for daily, heavy-duty use, with six rollers and pouches up to 250 micron.
InstaHeat has it ready in about 60 seconds, and Fellowes quote an A4 pouch through in as little as 17 seconds, a top speed of 1400 mm per minute. That makes it a fit for a front office, school staffroom or print room where several people laminate through the day.
Pouch tracking with a small light guide and auto reverse help keep feeds straight, and Fellowes describe AutoSense as detecting pouch thickness and adjusting the setting itself. Clean Alert tells you when the rollers need cleaning, and Auto Shut Off switches it to sleep mode once it has sat idle for 30 minutes. The Fellowes manual lists a maximum document thickness of 0.8 mm and 1200 watts at 220-240V.
Fellowes pack 10 starter pouches and a cleaning sheet in the box and give a 2 year warranty. Next to it, the Venus A3 adds a Pro-setting and a faster top speed.
