Tinted So You See Shapes, Not Detail
Smoke sits between clear and opaque: the tinted 46796 tray shows that papers are waiting without putting every page on display, which suits desks that visitors walk past.
ACCO describe the smoke colour as modern and sleek, and list the tray as polystyrene at 355 x 261 x 75mm. It stacks, and ACCO's photo shows a full stack of paper with a notebook on top, the outline of the pile visible through the tinted side.
Mega also sells a smoke Nouveau pencil cup and drawer tidy, so a desk can carry one consistent tinted finish from tray to drawer.
One photo on ACCO's page for this code looks colourless rather than smoked, so we left it out of the gallery.
