Esselte No.4 shipping tags are 54 x 108mm buff manilla tags in gangs of four, 1000 to the box, and the size many workplaces keep as their general purpose tag.
It is big enough for a product code, a description and a date, and small enough to hang from a hook, a handle or a jar neck. That makes it the default for job cards on equipment in for repair, stock tags in a storeroom and labels on hampers or gift jars. ACCO's photo shows one carrying a full cookies in a jar recipe.
Each tag is cut from manilla board around a reinforced hole, which ACCO say stops it being easily dislodged, and the box notes that the tags come joined in gangs of four.
