A round sand and water tray with levels and slopes
The EDX Education Circular Sand and Water Tray, EDX item code 66050, is a 75cm diameter tray with a moulded plastic lid and a stand 58cm high.
EDX designs the tray with multiple interior levels and slopes so children can explore many different activities. The distributor, Educational Vantage, describes it as strong durable plastic on a heavy duty steel tubular frame, supplied with a moulded plastic lid. EDX lists the set as one tray with lid and stand, with an age range of 3 to 6 years.
Levels and slopes let water and sand run, pool and collect in different places. The moulded plastic lid covers the tray between sessions. EDX lists scooping and pouring among the skills the tray develops. EDX designs it for indoor use and notes that direct sunlight discolours the plastic.
The circular tray, lid and stand come as one set from EDX. Compare other trays in the EDX Education range and plastic tubs and tote trays, add sensory toys for filling and pouring, or browse early learning and sensory play.
