Stamp on the board and catch the flying bean bag
The EDX Education Joey Jumper, EDX code 61240, is a launching board game where children step or jump on the board to shoot a bean bag into the air and catch it.
The distributor, Educational Vantage, describes the Joey Jumper Launching Board as a fun way to practise gross motor skills such as balancing and catching. Children simply step or jump on the board to send the bean bag up, then try to catch it. The set includes 1 Joey Jump launching board and 2 bean bags.
Timing a stamp and then tracking the bean bag up and down asks children to coordinate their feet, eyes and hands in one movement. Two bean bags let children take turns or play catch with a partner during a lesson.
One launching board and two bean bags make a ready to play set. Find more active games in the EDX Education range, add physical education equipment, browse sensory toys, or explore early learning and sensory play.
