Six kinds of maths dice in one classroom set
The EDX Education Classroom Dice Set, EDX code 16076C, brings together 56 pieces covering dot, place value, equivalence, number and operations, polyhedral and fraction dice, in an easy storage container.
The distributor, Educational Vantage, describes the set as a tool to teach number concepts, place value, fractions, equivalence and probability. Six dice types are included (dot, place value, equivalence, number and operations, polyhedral and fraction), giving teachers material for early counting through to fraction and probability work. All 56 pieces pack into an easy storage container.
Having several dice types in one set means a single kit covers many topics across the year. Place value and fraction dice turn practice into quick games, and polyhedral dice suit probability experiments. Number and operations dice let students build and solve their own equations during warm-ups.
Six types of dice in one container give a single kit for many maths topics. Add more number resources from the EDX Education range, extend lessons with maths equipment and educational games, or find ideas in teacher resources.
