Red powder paint that mixes with water or glue
Educational Colours Tempera Powder Paint 450g Red, supplier code TP450RD, is a red powder paint that you mix with water or another liquid to make paint as you need it.
Educational Colours describes Tempera Powder Paint as extremely versatile. It can be mixed with water or with liquids such as glue, and added to other materials including modelling clay, plaster and dough. Red is a primary colour, which makes it a core jar for colour wheels, warm palettes and mixing oranges and purples.
The brand says there are no ratio rules, so you can mix as little or as much red as you need, when you need it. For children's arts and crafts, Educational Colours suggests mixing with water or glue at a ratio of 1 to 1, then adding more powder or more water until the texture suits.
Keep red on hand for colour wheels and warm mixes, with palettes and a little glue nearby for mixing as the supplier suggests. Browse more craft paints, painting accessories, educational craft supplies and the Educational Colours range.
