Blue powder paint for mixing just what you need
Educational Colours Tempera Powder Paint 450g Blue, supplier code TP450BL, is a blue powder paint that you mix with water or another liquid to make paint as you need it.
Educational Colours describes Tempera Powder Paint as extremely versatile. It can be mixed with water or with liquids such as glue, and added to other materials including modelling clay, plaster and dough. Blue is a primary colour, used for skies and water and for mixing greens and purples in colour theory lessons.
The brand says there are no ratio rules, so you can mix as little or as much blue as you need, when you need it. For children's arts and crafts, Educational Colours suggests mixing with water or glue at a ratio of 1 to 1, then adding more powder or more water until the texture suits.
Pair blue with yellow and red for primary mixing, and set out palettes so each student can test shades. Browse more painting supplies, painting accessories, educational supplies and the Educational Colours range.
