Jungle animal cut outs for young modellers
Educational Colours Dough Jungle Animal Cutters, supplier code CCJ6, are a set of 6 colourful cookie style cutters. Educational Colours says they are great for dough, plasticine and clay.
The supplier lists the six jungle animals as an elephant, crocodile, giraffe, lion, hippo and parrot. That gives an animal or rainforest unit a ready made modelling activity, with each child cutting a different animal. The set covers the three materials Educational Colours names, so it can move between the dough table and a clay lesson.
Educational Colours says children can make wonderful cut outs with these varieties. Recognisable animal shapes give children plenty to talk about as they press, lift and arrange their cut outs. Hangsell packaging keeps the six cutters together for storage between lessons.
Combine the jungle cutters with coloured dough to build animal scenes on the table. Explore our modelling clay and dough, early learning sensory and educational craft supplies ranges, or the Educational Colours collection.
