Plastic first scissors with blunted ends for small hands
The Educational Colours First Creations Safety Scissors, supplier code FCSS1, are an individual pair of durable plastic scissors with blunted ends, designed by First Creations for pre-schoolers and toddlers.
First Creations says its Safety Scissors are designed for the small hands of pre-schoolers and toddlers, and are made of durable plastic with blunted ends. The supplier states that they will not cut hair, clothes or skin, and lists them for use with paper or dough. They are described as impervious to the salts in dough, moisture resistant and rust proof. This listing is a single pair.
Plastic blades that cope with dough and moisture mean the same scissors can go from a paper cutting activity to the modelling table. First Creations lists the range in pink, blue and green, and blunted ends suit first cutting practice with an adult close by.
A set of 3 is listed as a separate product. First Creations lists the scissors for use with paper as well as dough. Browse more craft scissors, modelling clay and dough, educational craft supplies and the Educational Colours range.
