Bright red dye for printing, painting and dye-bathing
Educational Colours Craft Dye 500ml Red, supplier code CD500RD, is a red craft dye supplied in a 500ml recyclable PET bottle. Educational Colours states it is manufactured in Australia.
Educational Colours describes its craft dye as simple and easy to use for hand painting, dye-bathing, stencilling, screen printing and resist techniques. The colours are strongly pigmented and can be watered down to reach the colour you want. This listing is one 500ml bottle of red dye, which can be used alone or with other colours.
One bottle covers several techniques, so a single red dye can move from a painting lesson to a printing lesson. Because it can be watered down, students can mix their own strength. A red dye bath is a simple way to build a base colour before stencilling on top.
Use red with yellow or blue dye from the same range to plan a printing or resist lesson. Browse more craft paints, painting supplies, the Educational Colours range and wider art and craft supplies.
