White ink with tack for lino, mono and wood block prints
Educational Colours Block Printing Ink 250ml White, supplier code BP250WHT, is a water-based ink for lino, mono or wood block printing. Educational Colours states it is manufactured in Australia.
Educational Colours describes the ink as having excellent tack for consistent coverage, and says it transfers easily onto paper. It dries through a combination of absorption into the paper and moisture evaporation. The brand says the consistency gives artists a sharp and accurate print with a professional finish. White is one of 9 colours in the 250ml jar range.
All Educational Colours block printing inks are described as non-toxic and water-based, and they wash off easily with water. That keeps clean-up simple at the end of a printmaking lesson. The 250ml jar keeps a working amount of white ink on hand for a class.
Pair the ink with a roller and a lino tile to get a print session started. Browse craft painting rollers, painting supplies, art and craft supplies and the Educational Colours range.
