Cool blue ink for lino, mono and wood block prints
Educational Colours Block Printing Ink 250ml Blue, supplier code BP250BL, is a 250ml jar of blue water-based ink made for lino, mono and wood block printing.
Educational Colours describes the ink as having the right consistency for lino, mono or wood block printing, with excellent tack for consistent coverage that transfers easily onto paper. It dries by a combination of absorption into the paper and moisture evaporation. Blue suits seascapes, skies and night scenes, and it can be printed over a lighter first colour in a layered print.
Blue gives students a cool colour for sea, sky and night scene designs. Educational Colours says the ink gives a sharp, accurate print and a professional finish. It is non-toxic and water-based, and the brand states it washes off easily with water.
Pair it with a hard rubber roller and a soft lino tile, then print onto cartridge paper. Browse more craft painting rollers, craft paints, the Educational Colours range and wider art and craft supplies.
