Mark Where Safety Footwear Is Required With a Floor Sign
The Durable Floor Marking Sign Use Foot Protection 430mm Blue is a blue circular floor sign showing a safety boot, 430 mm in diameter, laid at the entrance to areas where protective footwear has to be worn.
Durable calls it the Use foot protection floor sticker, symbol M008, which Durable references according to ISO 7010. On its data sheet Durable names the colour as similar to RAL 5005 signal blue, lists soft PVC foil with acrylic glue on the material data sheet, and describes an abrasion-resistant, hard-wearing design for high-traffic areas.
Footwear rules are easy to forget at a side door, so a sign on the floor at each entry point puts the reminder right at the step people cross. The boot symbol needs no words, which helps on sites with visitors and contractors.
Use it alongside the vest and ear protection signs in the Durable range, outline the area where safety footwear is needed with floor marking tapes, and find matching wall-mounted signs in safety signs.
