The Dolphy Compact 2-in-1 Recessed Panel fits a manual paper towel dispenser and a 12 litre waste bin into a 71.8cm high unit for washrooms without room for a full-height panel. Pairing the dispenser directly above the bin is the detail that keeps a washroom floor clean: users drop the towel where they dried their hands rather than carrying it across the room.
