A Firm Reminder On The Statement Itself
Deskmate 0317240 is a pre-inked stamp that prints THIS ACCOUNT IS NOW OVERDUE in red, over two lines, for statements and invoices past their due date.
A red overdue notice on a statement is hard to ignore, and it saves writing a separate letter for every late account. Stamping the copy that goes out, and the one kept on file, also records that a reminder was sent. The two line message fits within the 35 x 10mm impression area ACCO list for this code.
No stamp pad is needed, as the ink sits inside the stamp. ACCO rate it at approximately 100,000 impressions and state that Deskmate stamp ink is the only ink to re-ink it with. For topping up, ACCO list a red 10ml Deskmate pre-inked refill. Fitting the cap after use protects the die and prevents stray marks.
