Derwent Inktense Pencils are water-soluble colour pencils that work dry or with water. Add water and the pigment transforms into vibrant, ink-like colour that dries permanently - making it suitable for use on fabric such as silk and cotton, as well as paper.
The Antique White 2300 pencil features a round stained ink blue barrel with colour dip end and metallic blue trim. The large colour strip allows expressive gestures and easy colour wash, while the firm laydown gives results closer to a pen than a traditional pencil. Colours dry quickly with minimal bleed, so adjacent tones stay crisp and distinct. Sold as a box of 6.
