Derwent Inktense Pencils deliver smooth, vibrant colour that transforms into vivid, ink-like washes when water is applied. Once dry, the colour is permanent - making these pencils suitable for use on fabric as well as paper, including silk and cotton.
Each pencil features a round stained ink blue barrel with a colour dip end and metallic blue trim. The large colour strip allows expressive mark-making, and the firm laydown produces results more akin to a pen than a traditional pencil. Colours dry quickly with minimal bleed, allowing shades to sit side by side without running. This box contains 6 pencils in the Willow (1900) shade.
