Derwent Inktense Pencils are a water-soluble coloured pencil that transforms on contact with water into vibrant, ink-like colour. Use them dry for smooth, firm laydown, or activate with water to create intense washes that dry permanently - allowing you to layer and work over the top without lifting. The Apple Green shade (colour reference 1400) comes in a box of 6 round barrels with a colour-dipped end and metallic blue trim.
