Derwent Watersoluble Graphitone sticks are pure artist-quality graphite with no wood casing - just a simple paper wrap that peels away to reveal a versatile sketching tool. Use the stick like a traditional pencil, or remove the wrap and work with the side to create broad tonal sweeps. Add water to dissolve the graphite into smooth, expressive washes ranging from light to very dark.
Each pack of 4 contains one stick in each of the four grades: 2B (Light Wash), 4B (Medium Wash), 6B (Dark Wash), and 8B (Very Dark Wash). This box contains 6 packs of 4, making it a practical bulk option for classrooms, studios, and art supply buyers.
