The Derwent Academy Watercolour Pencil in Chocolate (colour 66) combines the precision of a pencil with the expressive quality of watercolour. Use dry for smooth, blendable marks, or apply water to dissolve the pigment and create flowing washes of colour. Unlike Inktense pencils, watercolour is re-wettable once dry, giving you flexibility to rework areas of your artwork.
Each pencil features a soft 3.5mm water-soluble strip encased in Californian incense cedar wood for easy sharpening and handling. The hexagonal barrel provides greater control for detailed work, and the highly pigmented core delivers strong colour purity and lightfastness. Sold as a box of 6.
