Derwent Academy's Tinted Charcoal Paint Pan Set brings a unique twist to traditional charcoal art. The water-soluble, uniquely formulated tinted charcoal paints add a hint of colour to a charcoal base, delivering 12 deep, muted tones plus a white pan for highlighting. Blend colours wet, apply in layers and lift when wet, or smudge and draw over when dry for atmospheric, expressive results with a matte, textured finish.
Each compact, self-contained set includes 12 tinted charcoal paint pans, a mini waterbrush, a sponge and 5 mixing palettes - making it ideal for travel and outdoor use. The colour palette includes Dark Moss, Forest Pine, Driftwood, Mountain Blue, Ocean Deep, Thistle, Glowing Embers, Burnt Embers, Burnt Earth, Natural, Dark and White.
