Derwent Lightfast pencils are formulated to be 100% lightfast, with an oil-based core that resists colour change for up to 100 years under museum conditions. Tested to ASTM D6901 and Blue Wool Scale ISO 105, every colour in the range meets internationally recognised standards for permanence.
The buttery, velvety texture of the oil-based core allows colours to mix and blend directly on the page, creating a paint-like effect. This Green Earth pack of 6 delivers rich, opaque laydown with a strong point suited to detailed drawing and layering techniques.
