Derwent Lightfast pencils are formulated to be 100% lightfast, with an oil-based core that delivers a buttery, velvety texture for smooth colour application. All colours comply with ASTM D6901 and Blue Wool Scale ISO 105, and artwork remains stable for up to 100 years under museum conditions.
This pack of 6 pencils in Merlot offers rich, opaque laydown with strong colour mixing on the page. The firm point holds detail well, making these pencils suitable for layering, blending, and paint-like colour work.
