Derwent Lightfast pencils are formulated to 100% lightfast standards, with an oil-based core that resists colour change for up to 100 years under museum conditions. All colours comply with ASTM D6901 and Blue Wool Scale ISO 105, meeting internationally recognised benchmarks for permanence.
The buttery, velvety oil-based core allows rich, opaque laydown and smooth blending directly on the page. A strong point supports detailed drawing and layering, making this red pack of 6 a reliable choice for professional and leisure artists alike.
