Derwent Academy Lightfast pencils are formulated to be 100% lightfast, with an oil-based core that resists prolonged colour change for up to 100 years under museum conditions. All colours comply with ASTM D6901 and Blue Wool Scale ISO 105 standards. This pack contains 6 pencils in the Arctic colourway.
The buttery, velvety texture of the oil-based core allows rich, opaque laydown and smooth blending directly on the page. A strong point supports detailed drawing, fine layering, and paint-like colour mixing techniques.
